Unwanted Item(s) – returning via post
- If you decide you don’t want to keep your item(s), you’ve 30 days from the date of purchase to return them.
- You’ll then need to complete the Returns Form (top of the page) detailing why you are returning the item(s) and your desired outcome (refund or exchange).
- Your item(s) must be returned unused and in the original packaging
- You can ask for an exchange or a refund
- Proof of postage must be obtained so we can confirm that you’ve returned the goods. Any failure to do so may result in delays / issues with your refund / replacement.
- We will not reimburse any postage costs

Unwanted Item(s) – returning to the Outlaw Pro Megastore
- If you wish to return your item(s) to our Outlaw Pro Megastore, then please bring with you your proof of receipt along with the product, unused and in the original packaging. If within the 30-day period we’ll then process your exchange / refund.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods – returning via post
- Any incorrect orders or damaged goods must be reported to our Customer Services Team within five days of receipt: office@outlawpro.co.uk
- You’ll then need to complete the Returns Form (top of the page) detailing the issue and your desired outcome (refund or exchange).
- If returning goods via post, please send via Royal Mail First Class Signed For (or equivalent). Ensure you obtain proof of postage and your receipt so we can reimburse your postage costs once we have received the incorrect/damaged item(s).
- Your goods will only be exchanged/refunded if they’ve not been used and are in their original, undamaged packaging.

Warranty Issues
We’ll always work as hard as we can to ensure that the outcome is the one that you, as our customer, is entirely satisfied with. Please note:
- We’re entirely in the hands of the manufacturer when it comes to warranty terms and conditions.
- Outlaw Pro reserves the right to return any faulty goods to the manufacturer before exchanging or refunding where necessary.
- If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be that of the product, Outlaw Pro reserves the right not to issue an exchange or refund.
- If we can replace your item – once you’ve returned your faulty item(s) in store or via post – then we will, once we’ve confirmed it falls under warranty.
- If your item is required to be sent away to the manufacturer we will liaise with them directly and advise you on next steps.
- Any postage costs will not be covered by Outlaw Pro

- We’re not obliged to accept returns of gift cards, books, unsealed audio or video recordings (DVDs) or fresh/freezer bait.
